Not everything can always be resolved remotely. Sometimes anomalies can only be detected in the field, as they are not reproducible in a laboratory environment. Other times, due to the extreme sensitivity of the site, remote connections are not permitted.

For this reason, GSG International has qualified technicians and system engineers available to intervene on any type of issue affecting its technologies, covering the entire national territory and ensuring response times of up to 24 hours from the support request.

GSG International also provides on-site support for system startup and commissioning activities.
